The Vanguard/Profab Division of Aetna Plastics is the result of the merger of Vanguard Plastics, acquired in 2004 and Pro-Fab Manufacturing, acquired in 2007, with our existing fabrication division.
The combined operation of these companies forms one of the Midwest's largest plastics fabricators. We use the latest technology and the highest standards to deliver quality plastic fabricated
equipment and parts. From the idea stage through production and installation, we have the capability to design and produce custom fabrication products for commercial and industrial use.
Custom Thermoplastic Fabrications for Industry
Vanguard/Profab Division has designed, fabricated and installed Custom Fabrications of plastic systems and has been active in a wide range of Industries Served for over two decades. Custom fabrications include not only the industrial tanks and ventilation systems mentioned above but also include ancillary items such as secondary containment, covers, special piping, pumps and sprayers, consoles and control cabinets and automation.

Application, Design and Installation Support Services
Vanguard/Profab Services include design from the most basic dip tank through complete processing lines to meet your specific requirements. We can offer in-house Engineering in AutoCAD or work with customer drawings. Prototyping, repairs or additions to existing systems are also available. Installation by our experienced installers can range from simple tank lines to complete turnkey installations including automation.
